For CISOs and security leaders
Answer the board's team-capability question with more than a spreadsheet.
Certification counts, skills spreadsheets, and annual reviews show activity. Aramis:Build will show how the team's knowledge and judgment line up with the work the organization depends on, at team level, so you can decide what to train, what to hire for, and which gaps to accept. An aggregate campaign shows no individual's result.
The Requisition Compiler and the workforce planner are free to use now. The aggregate team capability evaluation runs as a pilot that Aramis sets up with your organization; it is not self-serve. See the roadmap
When the current answer is not enough
Aramis:Build starts with the decision in front of you.
Board or audit
Show where team coverage is strong and where it is thin.
Training budget
Separate a shared development need from a headcount gap.
Hiring or reorganization
Define the work missing from the team before opening a requisition.
Client or RFP
Describe delivery coverage without exposing individual results.
What you can decide from the results
Aramis:Build will compare the work your organization needs with the team's combined results.
Train
A shared gap appears across a role or capability area. Use it to shape a focused development plan.
Hire
Skills the team needs on day one are missing. Define the role the team needs to add.
Accept
A visible gap sits outside current priorities. Record it as a decision you made on purpose.
What the pilot delivers today
- Aggregate team competency map
- Coverage against target roles
- Team gap list
Planned capability
- Recommended action for each gap
- Board-ready PDF
- Baseline plus reassessment view
What the board-ready PDF would contain
Planned capabilityIllustrative example, not customer data- Aggregate competency map across the target roles
- Coverage against the work the team must cover
- Prioritized team gap list, with a decision for each
- Recommended action per gap: train, hire, or accept
- Reassessment baseline for the next measurement
How it will work
Define the target work
Choose the roles and outcomes the team must cover.
Invite and inform participants
Explain what the organization will and will not see before anyone begins.
Measure scenario-based knowledge and judgment
People answer in English or Spanish, and can stop and resume at any time.
Read the aggregate team map
Compare the evidence with the target without exposing named results.
Planned capability: reassessment of aggregate results
Decide whether to train, hire, or accept each gap. The view that measures aggregate movement on a later reassessment is planned and not yet available.
Employers see team results only, never a named individual's result, and every participant receives the notice before joining.
Enterprise and Enterprise Plus hosting
Planned, custom-pricedAramis:Build Enterprise is a planned capability, and it would run on our standard hosting in the United States. Enterprise Plus adds two planned options for organizations with specific hosting requirements.
EU-hosted option
For organizations that need their Aramis:Build data stored and processed in the European Union. The exact geography is agreed in each contract. This option is not built yet.
U.S. government option
For U.S. government organizations whose requirements include FedRAMP. Aramis is not FedRAMP or GovRAMP authorized, and a cloud provider's authorization does not cover Aramis. This option is not built yet.
Each option is priced per contract and depends on scoping and an availability review. Neither is part of Free or Team, and neither is offered today.
Tell us the decision you need to make
Tell us the question you need to answer, whether it comes from the board, an audit, training, hiring, a reorganization, or a client, and a little about the team. We will reply at your work email with a next step and say what is still planned.
The Requisition Compiler and the workforce planner are free to use now. The aggregate team capability evaluation runs as a pilot that Aramis sets up with your organization; it is not self-serve.
Free tools you can use now
Both are free. Each needs a sign-in with a verified business email and acceptance of the Aramis:Build employer terms, and neither assesses anyone.
Defining a hire instead?
The Requisition Compiler turns a draft cybersecurity requisition into a clear definition of the work, mapped to official NICE Framework statements you confirm, plus the decisions your hiring team still has to make and an assessment plan. It is free with a work-email sign-in, and what you compile is kept with your account under the Aramis:Build employer terms.
Planning hours and coverage?
The workforce planner compares the hours your team's work needs with the hours the team has, and sets developing, contracting and hiring side by side using the lead-time estimates you enter, not a measurement.
